Brookville, IN—Saturday afternoon, officers with the Brookville Police Department responded to a motor vehicle accident on Main Street between 5th and 6th.
Throughout the course of the investigation, officers determined a farm semi hauling hay lost a portion of the load causing the trailer mechanism to damage two parked motor vehicles.
Large amounts of hay were spread across Main Street causing a traffic hazard for traveling motorists. Main Street was closed for approximately an hour and a half due to the traffic hazard and preservation of the crash scene.
