(Brookville, IN) – Brookville Elementary School (BES) will be closed Wednesday, January 29 and Thursday, January 30 due to excessive illnesses at the school.
The school will operate on E-Learning both days.
If an older sibling needs to stay at home to care for a BES student, please contact Franklin County Middle School or Franklin County High School to report this.
A middle or high school student who stays at home on January 29 or January 30 to care for a sibling will be given an excused absence.
However, students should reach out to their teachers to inquire about those days’ assignments so they do not fall behind.
Only Brookville Elementary will be closed and operate as E-Learning days on Wednesday and Thursday.
All other Franklin County Community Schools will be in session and students should report as usual.
