(Statehouse) – State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) met with fourth grade students from Batesville Intermediate School during their tour of the Statehouse on Tuesday, April 8 (pictured).
Leising talked with them about how a bill becomes a law, and her role as a legislator.
She represents Senate District 42, which includes Decatur, Fayette, Ripley and Rush counties, and portions of Franklin, Jennings and Shelby counties
