The Batesville High School wrestling team hosted Jennings County in a dual meet Tuesday night.
The Bulldogs secured seven first period pins, a major decision, and a forfeit win and came away with the victory, 40-18 in the home opener.
Winners on the night for the Bulldog grapplers included Carson Weiler, AJ Dance, Adam Brewer, Huston Cook, Isaac Enneking, Dylan Comer, and Ryan Ollier.
The Bulldogs travel to Madison next Tuesday to take on the Cubs.
