The Batesville boys tennis team travelled to Rushville to take on the Lions Tuesday night and came away with a 5-love win.
Bulldog coach Mitchell Taylor says Rushville was a scrappy team who fought hard at all five positions.
The Bulldogs moved to 11-4 overall and 5-1 in the EIAC.
Taylor says after seven matches in the last nine days, BHS will get some well deserved rest before traveling to Shelbyville on Saturday.
