(Batesville, IN) – The Batesville freshman boys basketball team improved to 7-1 on the season by defeating Rising Sun 44-26 at home Tuesday evening.
Cam Anderson led the Bulldogs in scoring with 11 points, followed by Lane Higham with eight and Ryan McGuire with seven.
BHS led at all stops: 18-9 after the 1st quarter; 28-15 at halftime, and 38-23 after three periods.
The Bulldog 9th graders return to the court when they host Rushville Wednesday at 6 p.m.
