(Batesville, IN) – Batesville Fire and Rescue’s Engine 49 has been certified as an Advanced Life Support Non-Transport Unit.
Department officials say this allows Batesville firefighters to deliver a higher level of care during emergencies.
“We are dedicated to keeping our community a safe place to live, visit, and work. This new capability enhances our ability to deliver life-saving care when it matters most,” the department wrote on Facebook. “Thank you for your continued support as we strive to serve Batesville with the highest standards of safety and care.”
