Batesville’s 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team picked up its 10th win of the season on Tuesday night, defeating host South Dearborn by a 39-9 final score. The Bulldogs held SD to just 1 point in the first half and never looked back as seven different players hit the score column for Batesville. Carson Meyer hit four 3-pointers and led all scorers with 14 points. Levi Hunt and Winston Garrett scored eight points and seven points respectively while Jackson Peetz finished with four points. Camden Kaiser, Brody Mauk, and Liam Moon each added two points. Batesville (10-3) is home on Thursday night against Milan.
