Batesville, In. — Over the weekend members of the Veteran’s of Foreign Wars Post 3183 held a free cookout and Independence Day ceremony.
Both the new commander, Dell Williamson and the immediate past commander Tom Fritsch led the ceremony that included the Star Spangled Banner, 21-gun salute, “Taps” and a raffle.
All proceeds benefit the Batesville VFW Post 3183.
