(Batesville, IN) – Batesville Mayor John Irrgang will deliver his State of the City address tonight at 6:30 at the Gibson Theater.
In the past, the address has typically been delivered in the Batesville Middle School Commons.
Mayor Irrgang says he wants to support downtown, and calls the Gibson Theater a gem that is a bit underutilized.
He adds the format will also be different from the one used by previous mayors.
The Mayor plans to make a five-to-seven-minute statement, and then share with the public some of the frequently asked questions his office receives.
If you can’t make it to the Gibson, WRBI will broadcast the State of the City address live this evening.
