(Batesville, IN) – Batesville Police are investigating a robbery at the Shell station on State Road 229 Sunday afternoon.
Police say the owner told them that four African-American males in their late teens or early 20s entered the store around 2 pm.
Investigators say one of the suspects distracted the owner while another stole money from the business office.
All four fled the scene in a silver Mazda SUV (pictured) which was driven eastbound on I-74.
