Batesville, In. —The Batesville Police department has added Ethan Back as a the newest officer.
Back had worked with Ripley County Court Services as a field officer. Prior to that Back served in the Ripley County Jail. He will attend the 12-week Indiana Law Enforcement Academy before being assigned to patrol.
