April 15 Attention Grades 8, 9, 10, and 11: IHSAA Sports Physicals for the 2015-16 school year, sponsored by MMH, will be Wednesday, April 15 at the MMH Cancer Center (formerly the Hansen Center) for only $20. Only cash and/or checks accepted. Time: 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. This will be for students presently in grades 8 through 11. The IHSAA now requires physicals to be on file BEFORE summer conditioning / open facility / camp participation.
April 29 Attention Grades 5, 6, and 7:
IHSAA Sports Physicals for the 2015-2016 school year, sponsored by MMH, will be Wednesday, April 29 at the MMH Cancer Center for only $20. Only cash and/or checks accepted. Time: 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. This will be for students presently in grades 5
through 7. The I.H.S.A.A. requires physicals to be on file BEFORE summer conditioning / open facility / camp participation.
The May 12 and May 21 dates are for the other two schools.
