Richmond, In. — Richmond resident Tom Ferkinhoff has filed his candidacy on the Republican ticket for the congressional seat in Indiana’s 6th District. Ferkinhoff joins Greg Pence, Jonathon Lamb and Stephen MacKenzie for the May primary.
Ferkinhoff is a certified public accountant with a 30-year background as a tax and business advisor. He has worked extensively with ministries to assist disadvantaged youth and those struggling to qualify for homeownership. He grew up in Batesville and has been a life-long resident of Wayne and Randolph Counties. He obtained his professional credentials through Indiana Wesleyan University.
