Greensburg, Ind. — A 24-year old Batesville resident has been charged with domestic battery in Decatur County.
After Decatur County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a 911 call they determined Austin Garland pushed the female victim down causing her to suffer a head injury.
Garland told police the altercation started as a verbal disagreement, then turned physical. He was taken to the Decatur County Jail.
