Batesville, In. — The 29th Annual Batesville Kiwanis Club Applefest is September 22 and 23 at Liberty Park.
The event includes Dutch oven apple crisp, apple dumplings, apple sausages, apple cider, ice cream and lots of good food. All proceeds benefit the Batesville Kiwanis Club effort to support, recognize and encourage local students.
Here is a list of events for each day.
On Saturday:
- From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.- Arts & Crafts, Business Expo, kids train rides and family activities
- 11: a.m.- Lone Wolf and Friends
- 11:30 a.m.- Master Dwenger’s Martial Arts
- 1 p.m.- The Apple Pageant
- 3 p.m.- The Eureka Band
- 4 p.m.- Shannon Amber
On Sunday:
- 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.- Arts & Crafts, Business Expo, kids train rides and family activities
- Noon- Michael Kelsey- Sponsored by the Batesville Memorial Public Library After Hours Concert Series, Batesville Area Arts Council and the Friends of the Library.
