Batesville, IN— Looking for a new job or a career change? The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce has partnered with the City of Batesville and the Batesville Rotary Club to host a career fair featuring high-paying, high-demand jobs!
Work Batesville! will take place on Tuesday, October 1 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus at 624 Delaware Road in Batesville. This event is free for all to attend.
“This will be a great opportunity for a job seeker to meet face-to-face with employers who are based right here in Batesville,” said Community Development Director Steven Harmeyer. “Whether your looking to start your career or interested in a new career path, this event will be ideal for all ages and levels of experience.”
The event will feature approximately 25 local and global companies that are in Batesville, representing various types of job sectors as well as full-time and part-time job opportunities. Attendees are urged to come dressed for success in professional or business casual attire and bring plenty of copies of an updated resume, including the most recent work history and skills.
The inaugural Batesville job fair was held in 2017 which brought more than 300 people to 30 separate business booths.
