Batesville, Greensburg duals highlight Tuesday swimming recaps

High school swimming recaps from Tuesday, December 14.

Batesville won both duals against Greensburg, 96-67 in the boys meet and 91-65 in the girls.

Winning a pair of individual events for the Bulldogs included William Johnson, Sean Callahan, Ciaran Tyrer and Maria Lopez.

Doubling up victories for the Pirates were Jess Williams, Emarie Jackson and Lilly Corya.

South Ripley competed at New Washington. 

The Raiders Darcie Diem and Landon Saylor both won two individual events.

The East Central swim team swept Shelbyville, 112-58  in the boys meet and 123-57 in the girls.

Sam Mittermeier, Ray Krider, Mary Dole, Miller Small, Skyler Cavins, Nick Weber, Emily Hafertepen and John Bessler were all individual winners along with the club’s six relay teams.
