Batesville detectives probing Election Day burglaries

Batesville, In. — The Batesville Police Department is investigating two more residential burglaries they say happened Tuesday, November 6(Election Day).

Major Brad Wessel says a home Park Place was broken into sometime between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. The second burglary was reported on Hillenbrand Avenue between 7:45 a.m. and 5:45 p.m.

The homeowners were not home at the time of the incident.

Cash, Jewelry and electronic devices were reported stolen.
