BATESVILLE – City officials will gather next week for a special public Board of Works meeting. It will be held at the Memorial Building at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 29.
The first item on the agenda is the presentation of a rate review study for the wastewater operations.
Mayor Rick Fledderman said, “That will be presented by Jennifer Wilson of Crowe Horwath to the Board of Works.”
The Board will then have the responsibility of making a recommendation to city council.
The City is moving forward with the Hillcrest Bridge project. The second item on the agenda is to award a bid for the sewer work that will be done in the area.
“The plan is to begin that after the golf course closes September 15. The bridge replacement will begin this fall approximately October 1,” Fledderman said.
