The Batesville boys 8th grade team traveled to Milan Thursday night to take on the Indians and came home with a 50 – 32 victory. The Bulldogs held a 9 to 4 lead at the end of the first quarter and were able to extend that to 22-11 at half. After half the Bulldogs were able to score 11 and 17 points in the third and fourth quarters. Leading the Bulldogs in scoring on the night were Kamryn Holcomb with 17 points, Carson Hartley 7, Cole Abrams 6, Jevan “Buckets” Smith 5, Isaac Weber 5, James Hughes 5, Ian Hixson 2, Braydin Hughes 2, and Caleb Laker 1. The win brings the Bulldogs season record to 13 wins and 3 losses. The Bulldogs will next be in action on Tuesday Dec. 20th as they host the Harrison Wildcats.
