(Dearborn County, IN) – The Dearborn County Sheriff’s Office is conducting an investigation into a death that occurred in the southern part of the county early Thursday morning.
Sheriff Shane McHenry says they are searching for a person of interest in the area of Hueseman Road and Laughery Creek.
McHenry says the person of interest may be armed so, they are asking residents in the area to lock their doors and report anything suspicious.
The investigation is still ongoing, and McHenry says they are not able to provide additional details at this time.
Texas Gas Road near Hueseman Road will be shut down for an extended period. There’s no word on when the road will reopen.
