MILAN, IN — The annual Austin Rohrig Endowment Dinner & Dance will take place Saturday from 5 until 11 PM at the Milan VFW Post.
The cost is $7 per person or $20 per family.
The benefit will feature dinner, dancing, door prizes, an auction, and more.
Proceeds from the event benefit the SIDS Institute, youth programs, and local scholarships.
The event is held in memory of Austin Rohrig, who was just two months old when he died from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) on June 18, 1997.
Austin was the son of Fred and Amanda Rohrig.
SIDS is the leading cause of death in children aged one month to one year and claims the lives of 4,000 infants every year.
