(Brookville, IN) – The attempted murder trial of a Brookville man accused of shooting his wife and a Franklin County Sheriff’s deputy has been delayed for the third time.
A continuance has been granted in the case of Gregory Guilfoyle due to a medical issue with one of his attorneys.
Guilfoyle allegedly tried to kill his wife and the deputy during a snowstorm in December 2022.
The jury trial was scheduled to take place this week in Franklin Circuit Court.
A new trial date hasn’t been set.
