Batesville was led in scoring by Catherine Raab, Macy Prickel and Ashley Nobbe with nine points apiece. Carlie Werner was next in line with six points. Prickel finished with a team-high 11 rebounds.
The JV Lady Bulldogs beat Franklin County last night 51- 34. After a slow start and being down 7-0 the Bulldogs picked up the intensity on defense and led by 12 at the half. The defense continued along with balanced scoring in the second half which allowed the Bulldogs to increase the lead. Scoring for the Bulldogs: Emma Weiler and Ava Hanson 12, Carley Pride 9, Makayla Granger- Young 5, Calley Kaiser and Sarah Ripperger added 4 apiece. Madelyn Pohlman 2, Olivia Raab 2, Gabby Elston 1.
