(Greensburg, IN) – The City of Greensburg Plan Commission tabled a request this week to allow for the development of a senior housing facility.
Christian and Karen Rust have petitioned for a voluntary annexation of 11.76 acres at 1200 South County Road 60 East.
Several people spoke out against the plan, citing increased traffic on Millhousen Road, safety concerns for St. Mary School students crossing the road, and lower property values.
The issue is expected to be revisited next month.
