Annette Shupe

Annette G. Shupe, 59, of Sunman died on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at her residence.

Annette was born in Batesville on February 20, 1963, to Ray and Ruby L. Honeycutt Kincer. She graduated from Milan High School. Annette married Richard Shupe on August 28, 1982, in Sunman and they enjoyed over forty years together before she died. She had been employed at Hill-Rom. Annette enjoyed spending time with her family, going places with Richard, reading, and being a Dolly Parton fan.

Annette is survived by her husband Richard of Sunman; a daughter: Kesha ( Ben Dick ) Shupe of Sunman; a son: Philip (Cierra) Shupe of Sunman; two grandsons: Connor and Kieran Dick; her mother Ruby; six sisters: Dana Dwenger (Jim) of Sunman, Judy Stein ( Bill) of Oldenburg; Janelle Seibert of Batesville, Connie Engle (Jerry) of Milan, Missy Russell (Kenny) of Lawrenceburg, and Marietta Hunter of Milan; two brothers: Gary Kincer (Judy) of Milan, and Dave Kincer (Mary) of Moores Hill; her mother-in-law: Alverta Shupe of Sunman; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Father Ray; a brother Michael; a sister Kimberly; and her father-in-law, Edsel “Dick” Shupe.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home ~ 107 West Vine Street Sunman, with Pastor Jeff Stone officiating. Burial will follow in Evangelical Union Cemetery-Hubbells Corner. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to Sunman’s Life Squad or Fire Department.
