Greensburg, IN — On August 4, Greensburg Police Department was dispatched to West Park Road in reference to an alleged Burglary at a residence. When officers arrived at the location they came into contact with a male, who exited the residence and began to flee on foot. As the Officer came in contact with the male, he stopped and advised officers, “I give up”.
During the investigation, it was learned that the male who entered the residence did not have permission to be there. The male was identified as Arther Lee Curtis Bolton III, age 26.
Bolton was taken into custody and transported to the Decatur County Jail and processed into the jail on an allegation of Burglary.
