BATESVILLE, IN — The I-74 interchange off State Road 229 in Batesville will soon be home to flame-broiled hamburgers.
Burger King has hung out the help wanted sign in front of the building that housed Steak ‘n Shake until the place famous for steakburgers closed its doors for good in early September.
Workers are currently refurbishing the building and retrofitting it to BK standards.
It’s not clear when the new Burger King will open in Batesville.
There is also a Burger King restaurant in Greensburg.
