Kenneth Edward Webb, of Brookville, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2026, at Hospice of Hamilton in Hamilton, Ohio.
Ken was born in Landville, West Virginia on January 28, 1945. His parents were Charles Edward Webb and Margaret Ann (Hatfield) Webb.
On February 19, 1972, Ken married Pauletta Charles and together their lives were centered around each other, their family and the Almighty Creator of all things.
Ken was a member of the West Harrison Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Dover, Indiana.
Ken spent his summers at his grandparents in Man, West Virginia. He would travel the mountains on horseback. His desire to learn more about the creation continued through his life. He and his family were enthusiastic in the spring to get into the woods to hunt mushrooms. He was also an inventive cook. The grandkids especially liked his nachos.
He served in the Indiana National Guard for six years. Ken also served with the US Army in the Vietnam era from 1974 – 1978. After that tour of duty, Ken was a policeman with the town of Brookville, Indiana and in time was appointed as Chief of Police. He retired from Miami University as a night auditor.
Kenneth is survived by his love and best friend, Pauletta; two daughters Randi (Jim) Miller of Fairfield, Ohio; Sondra Webb of Brookville; a sister Leanne (Jerry) Menke of Warsaw, Missouri; five grandchildren Katie Newhart, Nik Newhart, Laci Miller, Brandt Webb and Olivia Miller; as well as several nieces and nephews; and by many caring friends.
In addition to his parents, Ken was preceded in death by two sisters, Loudema Guither and Rosemary Burton.

Cremation was chosen and a memorial to honor Ken’s life will be arranged at a later time.
