Indiana law requires candidates and campaign committees to periodically disclose contribution and expense details. Required campaign finance reports must be filed on time to remain in compliance with Indiana election law. Late or incomplete filings are subject to fines.
Campaign finance reports for statewide and legislative office candidates and committees must be submitted online. Campaign finance reports for judicial offices, prosecuting attorneys and local offices must be filed with corresponding county election offices.
