(Greensburg, IN) – Former Greensburg High School Principal Gerald Yentes passed away on January 27.
Yentes was principal at Greensburg from 1972-1990.
He began his career in education as a teacher in Milford, Ohio, before coming to Greensburg.
From GCHS, Yentes moved on to Beech Grove, where he served as a school principal there starting in 1990 before retiring in 1996.
A memorial service will be held next month in Shelbyville.
Gerald Yentes was 87.
