(Boone County, KY) – A Batesville man has been arrested on possession of child pornography charges filed in Boone County, Kentucky.
Indiana State Police troopers were informed by Boone County investigators that a warrant had been issued for 44-year-old Matthew Rippetoe on 48 felony counts related to the possession of child porn and child exploitation.
ISP says Rippetoe was located in Oldenburg Friday evening and taken to the Ripley County Jail where he is being held while awaiting extradition to Kentucky.
