(Brookville, IN) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says things are fine with the Brookville Lake Dam.
A number of people in the area have expressed concerns lately about the dam and its structural integrity.
The Corps says heavy equipment is being moved in to perform routine maintenance work.
It will take about a month to complete the dam project.
The tailwater recreation area will remain open to the public during the work on the dam.
