The group known as the Overpass Patriots gather on patriotic holidays such as Independence Day, Memorial Day, Veterans Day and others to wave Old Glory, rain or shine.
Greensburg resident and current Board of Works member Robin Meyer started waving the flag on the overpass by himself several years ago before others starting joining in.
