(Lawrenceburg, IN) – Milan High School student Kayla Roell escaped injury when the sprint car she was racing Saturday night caught fire.
She was behind the wheel at Lawrenceburg Speedway when an oil line break touched off the fire during the feature race.
Kayla Roell Racing thanked the speedway’s fire and rescue crew on Facebook for their quick response.
