(Southeastern IN) – Rough weather rumbled through Southeastern Indiana overnight, but it appears we avoided the worst of it.
A tornado watch was issued late Tuesday night but it expired at 6:00 this morning.
The heavier storms were to the north, where radar indicated-rotation prompted an early morning tornado warning for Fayette, Union and Wayne Counties.
However, emergency management officials in our area want you to let them know if you sustained storm-related property or structure damage.
Power outages left a number of people in the dark, particularly in the St. Leon area, where more than 60 electric customers were offline as of Wednesday morning.
