(Greensburg, IN) – Around 75 people turned out on Memorial Day to wave American flags on the Moscow Road Bridge over I-74.
Robin Meyer of Greensburg started the event three years ago.
On patriotic holidays such as Memorial Day and Independence Day, Meyer and the Overpass Patriots gather to wave Old Glory.
Last year on Memorial Day, 50 people showed up to wave the flag.
The all-time record for attendees was 109 set last July 4.
