(Greendale, IN) – A Milan man is facing a laundry list of charges following his arrest in Greendale last weekend.
34-year-old Zachary Miles was taken into custody during a traffic stop on the northbound I-275 ramp on Saturday, April 29.
Greendale Police say during the traffic stop, Miles was allegedly in possession of a number of drug-related items, including paraphernalia, syringes, baggies of green leafy material believed to be marijuana, white powder residue, a .22 caliber revolver, two boxes of .556 caliber rounds, and an undisclosed amount of cash along with several other items.
Miles is charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon, Dealing a Schedule I, II, or III Controlled Substance, Dealing a Narcotic Drug ( all Level 4 felonies), Dealing Methamphetamine (Level 3 felony), Possession of a Syringe (Level 6 felony), Possession of Paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor) and Possession of Marijuana (Class B misdemeanor).
