(Batesville, IN) – Batesville High School will hold Prom on Saturday, April 29th.
“A Night of A Thousand Lights” is the theme, with black & white as the colors.
This year’s location has changed back to the high school where the prom will be in the auxiliary gym and the after-prom will be held in the main gym.
The public is invited to come and watch the students walk through.
All public spectators are asked to park in either the Primary School Parking Lot or in the back of BHS towards the tennis courts.
Handicapped parking is available directly behind the auxiliary gym, with entrances at either Door Z in the back or Door N in the front.
Doors will open to the public at 7 pm and seats are first come, first served.
Walk-through begins around 7:40.
Students can enter at 7:30 through Door A in front of BHS.
The Batesville Kiwanis have graciously volunteered to offer valet parking to the students, who should pull in front of the high school.
If prom attendees choose not to use valet parking, they must park in the far back parking lot and walk around to the front of the school to enter.
The prince & princess and king & queen will be crowned toward the conclusion of the dance, followed by an after-prom party planned by BHS parents.
Cash, prizes, gift cards, and parking spaces are up for grabs for those who attend, along with a souvenir t-shirt.
This may start as early as 10 pm and will conclude at 1 am.
