BATESVILLE, IN — The Daughters of Isabella #1384 of Batesville received a $500 grant from the Ripley County Community Foundation for the charitable organization’s “Spreading the Joy” service project.
This project involves purchasing vases in which flower arrangements will be made.
Those arrangements will be delivered to shut-ins at the Oldenburg Franciscan nursing facility, patients at the Margaret Mary Health Cancer Center, St. Andrews Health Campus, and The Waters of Batesville.
The Daughters of Isabella’s stated mission is to, “Spread joy and bring smiles to people who need encouragement on their journey in a difficult time in their lives.”
