Batesville Volleyball hosted South Dearborn Thursday and defended the Dog Pound with a 3-0 win: 25-14, 25-7 and 25-17.
Batesville assistant coach Vickie Heil said the Bulldogs won all five sets at both levels. Regina Gerstbauer was 22 for 22 in serving with four aces for the varsity.

The Bulldog reserves won 25-16, 25-17. Coach Heil said Sophie Gesell had 6 kills, Kate Martin did a great job in the back row while Isabelle Wonell went 15 for 18 in serving with 4 aces.
