Southeastern Indiana Economic Opportunity Corporation, which serves Ripley, Franklin, Dearborn, Ohio, Switzerland counties, is gearing up for their Energy Assistance program beginning Nov., 4.
The Energy Assistance program is a federally funded block grant offered through the United States Department of Health & Human Services and administered through the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority.
The program assists low-income families with the high cost of home energy.
