Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health has reported that 1,225 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 on Tuesday. A total of 641,874 Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 3,015,385 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at a 21.3% positive rate and 67 new deaths were reported for a total of 11,526 Hoosiers have died across the state.
Dearborn County has a total of 5,222 cases and 60 deaths reported (up 24 new cases), Decatur County has a total of 2,646 positive cases and 88 deaths (up 3 new cases), Franklin County has 1,565 positive cases and 35 deaths (up 2 new cases), and Ripley County has 3,169 positive cases and 57 deaths (up 4 new cases). Locally, this is an increase of 33 new positive cases.
