Greensburg, IN—After three decades, the Waffle House of Greensburg went out of business in the fall of 2018. But soon, the site will be the home of 2 new businesses.
The two restaurant establishments, one being Starbucks, and the other which has yet to be named publicly, are expected to begin development in 2020according to the developer, ONRA, LLC that presented to the Greensburg City Plan Commission on Tuesday.
The Plan Commission unanimously approved the site plan for the projects contingent upon the city engineer approving the final stormwater control plan.
The site is located at 2310 N. Ind. 3.
