The 7th Grade BMS Volleyball team won against St. Louis 25-10 and 25-12. Sarah Bedel was our leading server serving 19 points and 7 being aces. Following was Ava Powner and Alyson Peters with 2 aces each, and Sophie Gesell, Lydia Haskamp, and Molly Meer all with 1 ace each. Addyson Weiler and Addison Westrick played great defense with awesome passes. Annie Negovetich and Kate Bauer each had good hits. Their record is 8-1.

The BMS 8th Grade Volleyball team defeated St. Louis game 1 was 25-19. In game 2 the Bulldogs were up 21-10 and won 25-22. The serving was solid with the team serving 96%. Kaylie Raver led with 9 service points. Renee Lecher had 5 points while Laura Schwegman added 5 points. Margaret Wilson contributed 4 points. Taylor Blanton pitched in with 3 points and Sara Lamping had 1 point. The front row was aggressive against the Cardinals. Wilson had 6 kills. Schwegman had 2, and Raver and Lecher each had 1 kill. Annie Shane, Calli Fletcher, Kaylin Hinners, and Hannah Gunter all helped in the win with their digs and passing. The team is now 6-3.

The 7th Grade Lady Cardinal St. Louis Volleyball team was defeated by the Batesville Middle School Bulldogs 25-10, 25-12. The Cardinals struggled in the first set but stepped up their play in the second. Sophia Hohenstein and Cora Roth led the team with 3 points each. Kalli Obermeyer, Ashley Hunter, Rachel Suttmann and Lucy Abplanalp each served for 1 point each. Jaelyn Owens was good support on the court for the team to help Ashley Hunter and Sophia Hohenstein to record a kill for each of them.
The St. Louis Cardinals 8th Grade Volleyball team stumble to record their 3rd loss of the season against the Batesville Middle School Bulldogs 25-19, 25-22. In the first set, the Cardinals and Bulldogs was trading points back and forth until the Cardinal fell flat the Bulldogs took control of the set. The Cardinals came out for the second set flat but battled back to finish strong. Kate Weber led the team with 5 points followed by Rhea Miller and Claire Saner with 4 points each, Catherine Streator, Isabelle Wonnell and Ava Owens 2 points each and Ingrid Tuveson and Maggie Beiser 1 point each. Catherine Streator and Claire Saner commanded the net for the offense as Ella Moster and Lilly Schebler passed the ball solidly to help set up the plays.
