Greensburg, In. — North Decatur Student Katy Kinker has won the 2019“End Distracted Driving – Friends Don’t Let Friends Drive Distracted Meme” contest. Kinker wins $2,500 and an additional $500 that will all be donated to the American Cancer Society.
“Memes” are frequently used by young people on platforms like Facebook, SnapChat and Instagram.
Katy is the 16-year-old daughter of Andy and Christy Kinker.
