Enrollment open for Michaela CSA program

Oldenburg, In. — The Michaela Farm Spring/Summer 2019 Community Supported Agriculture program (CSA) will run from May 14 through September 27.

The farm is expected to produce several varieties of beans, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, sweet corn, cauliflower, cucumbers, peppers, popcorn, radishes, potatoes, scallions, spinach, turnips, tomatoes, several squash varieties and eggs. The produce can be picked up at the big barn in Oldenburg on either Tuesday or Friday.

CSA members are asked to bring their own bags for pick up. Each pick up will include about six to ten items.

The produce is cultivated without synthetic pesticides or herbicide. Some organically certified products are used to protect crops from insects when required.
