The BMS 7th Grade Volleyball team lost their first game of the season to Greensburg 25-22 and 25-24. Kaylin Hinners led the team with 4 kills. Followed by Kaylie Raver with 3 kills, Renee’ Lecher with 2 kills, and Elena Kuisel with one kill. Margaret Wilson led the team with 6 aces, Sydney Slavin had 3 aces, and Laura Schwegman with one ace. Annie Shane, Sara Lamping, and Taylor Blanton all had good hits and good defensive play. All the girls played very hard for their first game. I am extremely proud of you all.

The BMS 8th Grade Volleyball team opened their season with a tough loss to Greensburg. The team had a lot of digs against a strong hitting Pirate team. Kennedy Westrick and Laney Walsman hustled to get some of those digs. Unfortunately the Bulldogs were not as aggressive. The team did connect to earn 9 kills. Cayman Werner had 4 kills, Timbre Davies had 3 kills. While Samantha Kessens & Isabelle Westerfeld each earned a kill. Samantha Kessens led the team with 7 service points.
