Milan, In. — The Milan Park Board (Daren Baker Memorial) plans to dedicate the Chester & Ruth Memorial Playground Sunday, July 8 at 2 p.m.
Chester and Ruth Baylor lived in Milan for 97 years and passionately supported the Community Christmas Fund, Milan American Legion post 235 and founded the Milan Flag Purchasing Fund.
